Currently, Homes for Working Families is governed by a board of 17 directors. The directors, as a board or through board committees, set policies relating to strategic focus, management, governance, professional standards, investment and spending. They also publicly represent Homes for Working Families, help raise funds, oversee external auditors and assess the performance of the executive director.
