Research

Homes for Working Families' work is highly research-based. We sponsor topical research to demonstrate the critical importance of homes within reach of working families and highlight links between the shortage of affordable homes and other high-profile issues such as education and health care. We conduct market research to assess the depth and breadth of the home affordability problem in cities across the country. Finally, we undertake innovative and systematic public opinion research to reach new audiences and refine our tactics. We disseminate the results of our research widely in an effort to inform others who are interested in increasing working families' access to affordable homes.
